Refund policy

At Hashboosh, we strive to bring you the latest fashion with exceptional quality at great prices. Our 7-day return and exchange policy applies only to non-discounted products purchased directly from our official website – hashboosh.com. If the size doesn’t fit, or if you’re not satisfied with the design, color, or fit, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To initiate the process, simply email us at orders@hashboosh.com with your order number and details.

  • Important: For any issues related to incorrect product, size, color, or damages, you must provide a continuous video clearly showing the package from all sides and being opened without interruption. Requests without such proof will not be eligible for return or exchange.

The sale of accessories (including hairbands, clips, scrunchies, and similar items) is final and these products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases where the item is received in a damaged condition.

We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the product.

  • All Hashboosh items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and tags in place, along with the original sales receipt.

  • Any item that has been customized as per customer instructions will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

  • Any item that has been altered or repaired by an external service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

  • If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then contact our orders team at orders@hashboosh.com with your order details to request a return or exchange.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at orders@hashboosh.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide you with clear instructions on how to return your package.

  • If return pickup service is unavailable for your pincode, you will need to courier the return within 48 hours of approval.

  • For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was originally sent to you.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No refund or exchange will be processed in such cases.

  • After inspection, we will confirm whether the products are in an acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment.

Size Exchange

In case you have received an item and wish to request a size exchange, the company should be notified within 7 days of receipt. You can email us at orders@hashboosh.com mentioning your order number, details, and the size you wish to replace it with. Our team will reach out to you to discuss the issue. Only after acknowledgement from the company will the return process be initiated.

Hashboosh will arrange a return pickup from your shipping address through a third-party courier partner whenever possible. If pickup service is not available at your pincode, you will be required to self-courier the return, and a copy of the courier slip must be shared with us via email.

For size exchanges, Hashboosh will cover the cost of the return pickup. If a pickup is not serviceable at your pincode and you courier the item back yourself, you will receive a Store Credit equal to your courier expense or ₹100/-, whichever is lower. This credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.

Our team will notify you upon receiving the returned courier. After inspection, we will confirm whether the product is in an acceptable condition. Upon confirmation, the exchange will be processed and shipped out.

Damages / Wrong Product Delivery

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the company must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. You can email us at orders@hashboosh.com mentioning your order number, details, and attaching clear photographs and a continuous unboxing video of the package. Our team will review the issue and get back to you. Only after acknowledgement from the company will the return process be initiated.

Hashboosh will arrange a return pickup from your shipping address through a third-party courier partner whenever possible. If pickup service is not available at your pincode, you will be required to self-courier the return, and a copy of the courier slip must be shared with us via email.

For such cases, Hashboosh will bear the cost of return shipping. If you courier the item back yourself, the full courier amount will be reimbursed as Store Credit or refunded, as per your preference.

Our team will notify you upon receiving the returned courier. After inspection, we will confirm whether the product qualifies as damaged/incorrect. Upon confirmation, either a replacement will be shipped out or a refund/store credit will be issued based on your request.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@hashboosh.com with your order number and details. Our team will review your request, and only after acknowledgement from the company will the cancellation be processed.

If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated within 48 hours, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment provider. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to request a refund, the company must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will review your request, and only after acknowledgement from the company will the return process be initiated.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges of ₹100/- are non-refundable.

  • In case of refunds via Store Credit:

    • Hashboosh will arrange a return pickup from your shipping address through a third-party courier partner whenever possible. If pickup service is not available at your pincode, you will be required to self-courier the return, and a copy of the courier slip must be shared with us via email.

    • Hashboosh will bear the cost of return pickup. However, If a pickup is not serviceable at your pincode and you courier the item back yourself, you will receive a Store Credit equal to your courier expense or ₹100/-, whichever is lower. This credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.

  • In case of cash refunds:

    • If the return pickup is arranged by Hashboosh, a reverse pickup fee of ₹100/- per product will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • If the customer sends the return via self-courier, the courier charge will be borne by the customer, but a full refund of the product value will be issued (excluding COD charges, if applicable).

After we receive the returned courier, our team will inspect the product. If it meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and should reflect in your account within 5 working days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that refunds are not applicable on sale (discounted) items or gift cards.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including accessories (such as hairbands, clips, scrunchies, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and discounted products. Fair Usage

We allow only one exchange request per order. The management’s decision regarding damaged/defective products, returns, exchanges, or issuance of store credit will be final and binding. Hashboosh reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice, and such changes will be deemed final and binding.
